Elk Grove police say rebuffed two party crashers who returned and fired at a crowd, injuring one man, have been booked into custody on attempted murder charges. Arrested were Steven Brown of Elk Grove and a 17-year-old Sacramento juvenile, both booked on a multiple charges, including carrying a loaded firearm, discharging a firearm from a vehicle and conspiracy and attempted murder.
