Detectives Catch Burglar Caught on Video

On August 18, 2010, Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department detectives arrested 28-year-old Gold River resident Joshua Michael Lowe in connection to a burglary which occurred on August 11, 2010, at home in the 2900 block of California Avenue. Lowe’s image was captured during the burglary on several video security cameras the homeowner had installed inside and outside his home

Sacto 9-1-1: Sacramento cops arrest man suspected of kidnapping his son, babysitter

A man suspected of breaking into a south Sacramento apartment unit in the 7800 block of Summerdale Way and kidnapping his 2-year-old son and the boy’s adult babysitter was arrested Saturday night after the man drove around with the victims in his car in search of the mother.
