Child Dies After Being Struck By Vehicle

On August 23, 2010, at 7:18 p.m., Rancho Cordova Police Department officers responded to the report that a child had been struck by a vehicle in the 2500 block of El Cerco Court. When officers arrived they learned fire department paramedics had transported the 2-year-old boy to a local hospital. At 7:41 p.m
