American Lindsey Vonn grabbed the lead after the downhill portion of the women’s Super Combined event Thursday at the Olympic Games in Whistler, British Columbia. Vonn’s 1-minute, 24.16 time left her ahead of Germany’s Maria Riesch (1:24.49) and Olympic Valley’s Julia Mancuso (1:24.96).
