Placer County Superior Court Judge Charles Wachob has taken Del Oro High School transfer Remi Barry’s request for a stay of a California Interscholastic Federation ineligibility ruling under submission and plans to rule on or before the Golden Eagles’ next game, which is on Wednesday. Barry’s attorney, Mark Campbell, said Wachob wants more time to study the documents, declarations and briefs that both sides have submitted.
