Four young men from Woodland were arrested Thursday on suspicion stealing sneakers and other items during a home burglary. Taken into custody on suspicion of burglary were Brandon Vidales and Nick Sandoval, both 21, and Rogelio Burciaga and Andrew Leach, both 18. A fifth suspect remains at large.

Prep blog: CIF to keep bowl games at Home Depot Center
The Home Depot Center in Carson will remain the host site for the California Interscholastic Federation state football bowl championship games it was announced today. The CIF and representatives from the Home Depot Center signed a three-year deal that will run through the 2012 season.
