After relatives and friends delivered emotional statements on behalf of Sacramento County Sheriff’s Detective Vu Nguyen, who was shot and killed in the line of duty, a judge sentenced the convicted killer, Jimmy Siackasorn to life in prison without the possibility of parole Friday.
