12-Year Old Victim Accidently Shot by Brother

On July 24, 2010, at 12:04 a.m., Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the report of a shooting at a home in the 6200 block of Welty Way. When deputies arrived they found a 12-year-old male lying in the bathroom and suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper chest. He was transported to a local hospital and is expected to survive
