Sacramento police say they arrested a 22-year-old Sacramento man on Wednesday for allegedly sexually assaulting an underage girl over a three-year period. Meckie Cha was booked into Sacramento County Main Jail on suspicion of eight counts of lewd or lascivious act with a child under 14, two counts of sexual intercourse with a minor under 16, two counts of oral copulation with a person under 16 and one count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a victim more than three years younger, online jail records show.
