A Sacramento man was sentenced Thursday to state prison for various crimes associated with the unlawful shooting of two deer. Ernest Lytell, 45, was sentenced in Yolo County Superior Court to two years in prison on charges of being a felon in possession of a weapon, unlawful taking of the deer, unlawful possession of the deer and resisting arrest.
