Police, sheriff’s deputies and California Highway Patrol officers will be patrolling Sunday during the Capay Valley Almond Festival to cut down on drunk driving. The festival takes place in the towns of Esparto, Capay, Brooks, Guinda and Rumsey. Included in the festival is entertainment, crafts and refreshments such as tri-tip sandwiches, beer and wine at the Esparto fire station
