TODAY-SUNDAY A growing tradition What: It will be a weekend fit for the Camellia City. The city flower will be the star of the two-day Sacramento Camellia Show, which will feature thousands of blooms and plants. As part of the event, the Sacramento Floral Design Guild will present “Wizardly Wonderful Camellias.” According to event organizers, 24 floral designs will be displayed under titles including “Over the Rainbow,” “Magic Slippers,” “Off to Meet the Wizard” and “Good Witch, Bad Witch.” Floral designs by area Ikebana Society members also will be presented
