EL CERRITO, Calif. — A 14-year-old boy is facing charges, and two school officials are on administrative leave, after authorities say a 12-year-girl was raped in a stairwell at a San Francisco Bay-area school. El Cerrito police say the girl was attacked at the Portola Middle School last week.
