The mother of a 10-year-old Woodland girl killed in a car crash last week was arrested Monday and booked into the Yolo County jail on charges of child endangerment, the California Highway Patrol said. Cirena Martinez, 28, of Woodland, was riding in the passenger seat Nov. 23, when a Mazda 3 driven by Arnold Barraza, who relatives said was her boyfriend, flipped at high speed on a county road near Woodland, CHP officers said
